  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled by Apple App Store. We do not store your credit card details.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Camera Data: We access your camera to scan objects for vocabulary learning. Images are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers permanently.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: App features used, time spent in the app, and crash reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our application
  • Process your vocabulary scans using AI technology
  • Save your vocabulary words and learning progress
  • Generate personalized stories based on your vocabulary
  • Provide text-to-speech pronunciation features
  • Process subscription payments and manage your account
  • Send you updates, security alerts, and support messages

    • Google Cloud (Firebase, Vertex AI, Text-to-Speech)
    • RevenueCat (subscription management)
    • Apple App Store (payments)

  • Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Camera images used for scanning are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored.
  • Your vocabulary and learning data are associated with your account and stored until you delete your account.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data. You can do this directly in the app under Profile → Delete Account.
